PARTY DESSERT

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and pat in pan, bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Beat with mixer.

3RD LAYER:

2 boxes instant pudding (any flavor)
2 1/2 c. milk

Beat with mixer. Top with Cool Whip.
