CHEESE BROCCOLI RICE - ELECTRIC
WOK
 
1/4 c. butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli chopped thawed or 2 c. fresh broccoli chopped
1 c. long grain rice, uncooked
2 1/4 c. water
1 (11 oz.) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1/2 tsp. dried basil crushed
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in Wok over medium heat. Add celery and green pepper. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and rice, stir fry 3 minutes longer. Then stir in water, soup, basil and salt. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until rice and broccoli are done. Stir often.
