BROCCOLI RICE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Minute rice
Water
1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, frozen and cooked
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 stick butter, softened

Pour mushroom soup in a bowl, add 1 can of minute rice and 1 can of water. Mix in rest of the ingredients. Place in 2 quart casserole or a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 30-45 minutes on 350 degrees.
