CHOCOLATE ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. egg whites
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour 6 times, then take 3 tablespoons flour out and add 3 tablespoons cocoa and sift 2 more times and set aside. Measure your egg whites in a bowl and then add your salt and beat until frothy, then add your cream of tartar and continue beating until stiff peaks, then fold in the sugar and vanilla and then your flour. Put in tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
