CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix
1/3 c. cocoa
1 egg white
1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
Very strong coffee (about 1/3 c. water with 3 tsp. instant coffee)

Sift 1/3 cup cocoa with flour from cake mix. Prepare cake according to package instructions.

COCOA MOCHA BUTTER ICING:

Beat the egg white until it is very stiff. Cream butter, add sugar gradually with cocoa. Combine with egg white. Add enough coffee to make the icing and spreading consistency and use to ice cooled cake.
