BEEF AND NOODLES 
1 1/2 lb. stewing beef, cubed
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water

Brown beef and cook with bouillon cubes for 2 hours and meat is tender ending with 3/4 cup of juice. Mix 1 can cream mushroom soup and 8 ounces of sour cream. Add to meat. Bring back to simmer but do not boil, for 15 minutes. Serve with homemade noodles.
