QUICK CHICKEN DIVAN 
Frozen broccoli, chopped
Cooked chicken, cubed
Cream of chicken soup
Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Curry powder
Ritz crackers
Shredded cheddar cheese

Mix 1/2 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large spoon mayonnaise, 1 splash lemon juice, 2 shakes curry powder together in a small bowl. Layer 2 handfuls broccoli, 1 handful chicken and soup mixture in small baking dish. Sprinkle 2 or 3 crumbled crackers over soup mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly hot. Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Yield 1 serving.
