HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 sm. can boned chicken
2 boiled eggs, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers (save 1/2 for top)

Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cup of crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
