QUICK CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Place cream cheese and butter in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave on low (30%) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until softened. Stir in sugar and almond extract until well blended. Beat until spreading consistency.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
