FRUITED TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. cooked diced turkey
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless grapes, halved
1/2 c. diet crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaf. Yield 4 (1 cup servings). Exchanges: 2 meat, 1/2 fruit, 1 fat. Calories 220. Low sodium (3-4 gm Na) : decrease salt. Low cholesterol: OK. 100 g = 7 cholesterol, 12 protein, 4 fat.
