CITRUS TURKEY SALAD 
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
3/4 lb. turkey breast, cooked & cut in bite-size pieces
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded & diced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
2 tbsp. walnuts, chopped (for garnish)

In a bowl, blend mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry powder. Chill. Then add turkey, celery, melon and oranges; fold gently. Garnish with walnuts.
