CREAMY CITRUS SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cool water
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Add Jello to hot water. Add cool water. Add cottage cheese and crushed pineapple. Blend milk and salad dressing and add to mixture. Add lemon juice. Refrigerate to set. Use sugarless Jello and 2% cottage cheese and milk to make it low cal.
