HAM SALAD PITAS 
8 oz. (1 3/4 c.) chopped turkey ham
2 tbsp. low-cal mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
3 (6 inch) pita pockets, halved
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients except pita pockets. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour. Fill pita pockets with 1/2 cup mixture each. Makes 6.
