RHUBARB TORTE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. butter
2 c. flour
10 tbsp. powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crust ingredients like a pie crust. Pat down in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes and set aside.

TOPPING:

4 c. heaping cut up rhubarb
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour

Prepare rhubarb, put in bowl and pour boiling water over. Add a little salt, let stand a few minutes, then drain. In large bowl mix eggs, sugar and flour. Beat by hand. Add rhubarb. Pour mixture over baked crust, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy. This recipe was from my Great Aunt.
