Cold clear water
Frying pan
Coat hanger
Glycerine (optional)

Bend coat hanger into a loop. Mix 1/2 cup Joy or Dawn detergent with 5 cups of water. Measure carefully. Stir. Add 2 tablespoons glycerine. (Tends to make more durable bubbles). Dip coat hanger loop into solution, wave it in the air. Better bubbles in cool wet weather. Don't throw leftovers away, the longer the solution sits, the better it gets.
