ROCKET SALAD 
6 lettuce leaves, launching pad
3 lg. bananas = rocket body (cut in half, lengthwise)
3 pineapple rings, cut in four = rocket jets
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese = exhaust from the rocket

Place lettuce leaf on plate. Lay banana on lettuce leaf, with pointed end at top. Place one pineapple piece of each side of banana. Place cottage cheese at bottom of bananas. Serves 6.
