VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. snow pea pods, drained very well
8 oz. whole fresh mushrooms, quartered
1 c. sliced diagonally carrots
1 c. julienne strips zucchini
1 c. thinly sliced celery

Mix together and put in shallow dish.

DRESSING:

1 (10 oz.) can condensed beef broth
1/4 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 oz. pkg. blue cheese salad dressing mix

Heat dressing to boiling until cheese is melted or dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Marinate 6 hours.
