HAM A LA KING (3 SERVINGS) 
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tbsp. diced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt (may omit)
Pepper to taste
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. milk
1 c. cubed baked ham
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 hard cooked eggs

Cook celery and onion in the melted fat until tender. Add seasonings and flour. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring, constantly until thickened. Add ham and Worcestershire sauce. Cut 3 egg slices for garnish. Chop remaining eggs. Fold into ham mixture. Heat. Serve over toast or could be added to cooked and drained noodles.
