CHICKEN A LA KING 
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 1/2 c. medium white sauce
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Melt butter, add a little flour stirring constantly, then a little milk (until all is used). Cut mushrooms in small pieces and saute in butter 10 minutes. Add chicken, mushrooms and egg to white sauce. Heat and serve on toast. Serves 4.
