BREAD PRETZELS 
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
Coarse Kosher salt

Mix yeast, water, sugar, and a pinch of table salt. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. Knead dough. Cut off pieces of dough and form shape. Sprinkle cookie sheet with salt, lightly. Place pretzels on sheet and brush with egg; sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
