4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Boil first 3 items for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add the other items. Beat well with spoon and pour into greased cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
