Put together in large bowl:

2 pkgs. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
3 pkgs. (Bakers) German chocolate
1 pt. marshmallow fluff
2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)

Boil together 6 minutes, stirring constantly:

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 scant tsp. salt
1 tall can evaporated milk

Pour mixture over first step, stir until chocolate is melted, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into large, flat pan and cut into serving pieces while still warm.
