MAMIE'S MILLION DOLLAR FUDGE | |
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet bits 3 bars (4 oz. each) Baker's German chocolate 1 jar (8 oz.) marshmallow fluff 2 c. chopped walnuts Dash of salt 2 tbsp. butter 1 lg. (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 4 1/2 c. sugar Combine bits, broken bars, marshmallows and walnuts in a large bowl. Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a large saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly (a heat deflector helps). Boil and stir with a wooden spoon for 6 full minutes. Pour over chocolate bits, bars, nuts and marshmallow, stirring until all chocolate is melted and mixture is creamy. Pour into buttered pans. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator or freezer in airtight containers. |
