STUFFED PEPPERS 
4 med. peppers, cut in half lengthwise and seeded
1 lb. ground chuck
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
8 crackers, crushed

Steam peppers until soft. Mix next six ingredients well. Fill each pepper with meat mixture and place in casserole. Pour another can of tomato sauce over peppers and add 2 cans of water and bake at 350 degrees until done.
