HOT BUTTERED RUM | |
1 lb. brown sugar 1 lb. butter 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened Melt sugar and butter together. Add ice cream; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. This may be frozen. To serve, fill cup with: 3/4 c. hot water 1 shot rum 2 or 3 tbsp. butter mixture |
