SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Mazola corn oil
6 c. meatless spaghetti sauce
1 c. Muellers thin spaghetti, cooked & drained

In bowl mix together first 11 ingredients. Shape into 20 (1 1/2 inch) balls. In large skillet heat corn oil over medium-high heat. Add meatballs, a few at a time. Brown on all sides. Add to spaghetti sauce. Simmer 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Serve over spaghetti. Makes 6-8 servings.
