SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
5 c. plain flour
4 level tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Sift together 5 cups plain flour, 4 level teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt. Add to liquid, one cup at a time. Mix well. Cover with foil; set in refrigerator overnight. Dip out as much as needed. Make into small biscuits and bake. (You do not have to wait for them to rise.)
