5 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk
1/2 lb. butter
3 small pkg. chocolate chips
3 sq. baking chocolate
1 jar Marshmallow Fluff
1 lb. chopped walnuts

In pot, mix sugar, Pet milk and butter. Let come to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add both chocolates. Stir until dissolved. Add jar of Marshmallow Fluff, then nuts. Let stand for 8 hours.
