WALDORF SALAD 
2 c. diced apples
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. mustard

Mix apples, celery, marshmallows, raisins and nuts. Mix vinegar and butter and bring to a boil. Mix sugar, flour, egg yolks, water and mustard. Add to vinegar and butter. Cook on low heat, stirring often, until thick. Cool and pour over above fruit.
