HOMEMADE NOODLES 
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk (real good if half and half)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Roll out with plenty of flour on top of waxed paper. Roll up into cylinder. Cut in size desired and unroll. Separate. Let dry for couple of hours. Cook in salted boiling water until tender.
