HOMEMADE EGG NOODLES 
3 eggs, beaten with 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cream or evaporated milk
2 c. + 2 tbsp. flour

Place flour in food processor. While processor is running, slowly pour in beaten egg mixture. Stop and start processor a few times, if necessary, to equalize mixture. Mix until mixture sticks together and forms a "ball". Take mixture from machine, form into one or more balls; coat each ball completely with flour before feeding into roller portion of noodle machine.
