HALUSKI WITH HOMEMADE NOODLES 
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. milk
Flour
1 stick butter
1/2 head cabbage, shredded or 3 to 4 c.
1 onion
2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper

Mix 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons milk. Add enough flour until stiff dough forms (approximately 2 cups). Roll 1/4 inch thick. Let dry 1 hour.

Melt 1 stick butter in LARGE saucepan. Cook sliced onion, garlic and cabbage until translucent. Cut noodle dough into thin strips. Drop dough into boiling water. Boil approximately 20 minutes. Drain.

Add boiled noodles to cabbage mixture. Cook in saucepan until noodles begin to brown somewhat (or to desired crispness). Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
