EASY TURKEY PARMIGIANA 
1 pkg. turkey breast tenderloin slices
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
4 oz. shredded mozzarella
grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Dip slices into egg, then into bread crumbs. Cook slowly in oil. Arrange meat in a baking dish. Sprinkle onion over slices and add tomato sauce. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with cheeses and bake an additional 10 minutes.
