EASY TURKEY AND POULTRY STUFFING 
Rice-A-Roni
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 to 1 tbsp. poultry seasonings
Sage
Sliced mushrooms
Oysters
Rice
Cornbread

For every 5 pounds of turkey or poultry, cook 1 package of rice-a-roni as directed. Stir in 1/2 cup of sliced celery, 1/4 cup minced onion, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon poultry seasonings or sage. For a variety add 1 or 2 of the following: 1 small can of sliced mushrooms drained, 2 cans of oysters for oyster stuffing or corn bread for corn bread stuffing or rice for rice dressings. Stir in 3 or more eggs for consistency.
