EASY STUFFED SHELLS | |
1 pkg. stuffing shells 1 lb. pkg. small curd cottage cheese 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1 lg. egg 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. parsley Spaghetti sauce In large bowl combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and 1/2 of Mozzarella, the egg, bread crumbs, parsley and salt. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spoon sauce into bottom of pan. Stuff uncooked shells, cover completely with sauce, sprinkle Mozzarella on top. Bake 45 minutes or until shells can be pierced with a fork. |
