STUFFED SHELLS 
1 pkg. prince shells for stuffing
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
Pinch sugar
1 tsp. dry mint
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 slices bread
Italian sauce

Fry 1 onion and hamburger, pinch sugar, mint and oregano. Wet 2 slices of bread and squeeze water out. Add to meat mixture, sprinkle with parsley. Cook shells, stuff and arrange in pan. Pour Italian sauce over shells. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Yields 6 to 8.
