J.J.'S EASY STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head green cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 qt. can) tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil cabbage just until leaves are manageable. Cut off the core and gently peel off leaves without tearing; set aside. Mix ground beef and 1/2 cup rice and 6 ounces tomato sauce. Keep adding rice and sauce until mixture is about 1/2 rice and 1/2 meat and holds together well, but very moist.
