OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. flour, unsifted
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello instant pudding and pie filling
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. oatmeal (quick cooking)
1 c. raisins

Cream butter, sugars, and Jello instant pudding in a big bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, until creamy. Add flour and baking soda; stir until blended. Add oatmeal and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls (rounded) and bake at preheated 350 degree oven for 11-13 minutes. let stand for about 3 minutes before removing from baking sheets. (Ungreased pan.)
