APPLE STRUDEL BAKLAVA 
3/4 lb. phyllo dough
1 1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded apples
1 c. walnut pieces
1 c. almond pieces
1/4 c. raisins
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey

Lay 6 sheets phyllo in bottom or buttered 15 x 10 inch pan - brushing each sheet with butter. Combine remaining ingredients except honey. Spread a portion of the filling on they phyllo. Top with 6 more sheets of phyllo - each sheet brushed with butter and filling. Repeat until filling and phyllo is all used up. Trim edges. Score into squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Warm honey and drizzle over baklava. Cool.
