4 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. seasoned salt (Lawry's)
1/2 cup brown sugar
8 tbsp. fresh honey

Mix all except honey together. Finally add honey and mix well.

Apply to meats... Best with chicken. Use a silicone brush while meat is on the grill, continuing to flip meat until it is well glazed.
