MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box shells
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar or dill pickle juice
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. each chopped onions, green peppers & celery
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
Salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika to taste

Cook shell macaroni until done according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water to stop cooking process. Mix shells with chopped vegetables. Mix remaining ingredients and gently mix with shell mixture. Chill well before serving.
