SWISS CHEESE SAUCE 
1 tsp. flour
1/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley

Place flour in small saucepan; gradually add milk stirring with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in chicken broth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

Add cheese and parsley, stirring until cheese melts. Yield 1/2 cup 21 calories per tablespoon.
