CHICKEN AND SWISS SAUCE 
4 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. half & half
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 or 2 pkgs. chicken patties (4-8)

In skillet, melt 3 tablespoons butter. Cook onions and mushrooms until tender. Add chicken patties and brown both sides. Remove patties with large portion of mushrooms and onions. Keep warm (oven). Melt remaining one tablespoon of butter in skillet with remaining mushrooms and onions. Stir in 2 tablespoons of flour. Cook one minute. Stir in half & half and broth. Cook and stir until thickened. Remove pan from heat. Add cheeses, stirring. Pour part of sauce over patties. Heat in oven until bubbly. Use remainder of sauce later.
