4 lb. potatoes, cooked & mashed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
1/8 c. parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cook and mash potatoes; add all the other ingredients and mix on high with electric mixer. Spoon in 2 1/2 quart dish and sprinkle with paprika; dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
