TACO SKILLET BURGERS | |
1 beaten egg 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1/3 c. finely chopped onion 1 env. taco seasoning mix 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 (11 1/2 oz.) can condensed bean with bacon soup 1/2 c. water 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese 1 1/2 c. corn chips, broken In bowl combine the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and seasoning mix. Add beef; mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties. In large lightly greased skillet brown the patties on both sides. Mix soup and the 1/2 cup water; spoon over meat. Cover; cook over low heat 15 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese; heat, covered, 3 minutes longer. Serve with the broken corn chips. Makes 6 servings. |
