BUTTER CREAM MINTS 
1 lb. powdered sugar
5 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. evaporated milk
10 drops oil of peppermint
Food coloring

If white mints are wanted, use 5 tablespoons Crisco and add lemon flavoring.

Mix ingredients thoroughly and press into desired molds which have been sprayed lightly with Pam. Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes until mints have hardened enough to pop out easily. Place mints on wax paper and leave overnight to air dry.
