BUTTER MINTS (Wedding) 
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 cube melted butter (1/4 c.)
5-6 tbsp. cold water
Mint flavor & coloring

Put all of the above in large mixing bowl. Mix by hand. Add more sugar or water for desired consistency. Chill. Make into balls and flatten with a fork.

Make all one flavor and color or divide into 2 or 3 parts for variety. Takes much more flavoring and much less food coloring than you think. Let air dry 1-2 weeks before storing. Makes 10 dozen 1 inch mints.
