SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 cans tomatoes
3 cans Italian style tomato sauce
3 cans Italian style tomato paste
3 jars marinated artichoke hearts with oil
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chunked
6 to 10 cloves garlic (in bits)
1/2 to 1 c. red wine
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. sugar
3 bay leaves

Combine (can use blender and then add mushrooms). Cook together about 2 hours on low heat. Stores or freezes well.
