1 chicken or chicken pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 container sour cream
1 box Ritz crackers
1 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until tender. Then remove the bones from the chicken. Place chicken in 9x12-inch baking pan. Add the soup, 1 can of chicken broth, the sour cream and 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers. Stir until well mixed. Cover the top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
