EVE'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkgs. raspberry Jell-O
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. hot water
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Add the cranberry sauce to the water and Jell-O while it is still hot. As it thickens in the refrigerator, add celery, nuts, and lemon juice. (Fills a six-cup mold.)
